The Beginning..
Handcraft Harry LLC began with a simple idea: bringing expertly crafted batched cocktails to friends and local families right at their doorstep. In the summer of 2020, as Miami’s hospitality scene rebuilt itself after COVID, we set out to deliver the cocktail experience to you—offering a safer, more personal way to enjoy quality drinks at home.
What started as a way to spread joy during uncertain times soon grew into a full-fledged beverage catering and consulting business. Our passion for hospitality, creativity, and genuine connection has been at the heart of our journey ever since.
Thank you for your relentless support and for letting us be part of your celebrations!

Favorite cocktail?
“Honeysuckle, preferably with Santa Teresa 1796 Rum. It’s like a Daiquiri but with honey syrup instead of cane sugar. I like to add a pinch of salt too.”

Before I found my calling in hospitality, I was a collegiate and semi-pro football player pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. Entrepreneurship has always been in my DNA—ever since I was a kid knocking on doors to sell anything I could, from milkshakes and car washes to lawn mowing and even drawings entered in magazine competitions. I was always searching for ways to make something of myself.
When my Arena-pro football tryouts were unexpectedly cut short by the COVID pandemic, I found myself slinging beers and curating sake cocktails at Pubbelly Sushi. That’s where I discovered my passion went far beyond the financial rewards of bartending—I genuinely fell in love with hospitality. Along the way, I met my life partner, who was just as adventurous and driven as I am. Together, we’ve opened nearly a dozen restaurants, bars, breweries, fast casual concepts, and speakeasies.
One experience, in particular, stands out: working at Sexy Fish—a globally recognized bar with numerous prestigious awards and a reputation for world-class hospitality. There, we truly honed our craft and confirmed our love for hospitality, creative cocktail-making, and the art of running a successful bar. With that high-caliber mindset, we hold ourselves to a specific standard of professionalism and hospitality in everything we do—not just at work, but in life.

“Jungle Bird, no doubt! This cocktail is within the tiki family with bright flavors of citrus from the lime and pineapple, bitter-sweet from the Campari, a dash of sugar, and I like to throw in some agricole rhum with my blackstrap; this adds a nice funk and spice on the nose and on the pallet.”

From the moment I could walk, I was dancing—and that passion carried me all the way into my mid-20s as a professional dancer. I’ve had the privilege of touring with some of the biggest names in music, exploring the world, and even dabbling in fitness along the way. My life has been a whirlwind of opportunity, travel, and unforgettable experiences.
But behind the scenes, it’s never been all glitz and glamour. While I was dancing professionally, I also worked as a personal trainer at Miami’s top gyms and waited tables to support myself. Every step of my journey has been earned, not given—shaping me into someone who’s outspoken, fiercely competitive, and driven, but always with a touch of charisma and empathy.
My passion for hospitality isn’t far removed from that of my life-long partner, Harrys. Together, we’ve embraced adventure—like the time we pulled off a spontaneous 40-day trip across Europe, each of us living out of a single 50-pound backpack. Those travels, and our growth in the hospitality industry, sparked our curiosity for world-class bar programs, exceptional food, and wine tastings from every corner of the globe.
Today, with Handcraft Harry, we get to channel everything we’ve learned—on the road, behind the bar, and in life—into creating extraordinary experiences for our guests. Hospitality is our craft, and sharing it with you is our greatest joy.
